Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays and during sale periods. You will receive an email with order tracking number.
For Australia: FREE Standard Shipping via Australia Post on all orders over $200.
For international: All orders are shipped via SEKO or DHL.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit (no expiry), or refund. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Returns for exchange or store credit are FREE. Refunds on full-priced items are subject to a $10 handling fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Our most loved pieces are often made in limited runs. When something special sells out, pre-order lets us remake it thoughtfully without overproducing. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your piece ahead of production.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there are any changes to timing, we’ll let you know.

Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, just like standard orders. This confirms your order and reserves your place in the upcoming production run.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Yes. If you need to update your shipping details, adjust your order, or change your mind, our Customer Care Team is here to help.

What if my item doesn’t fit when it arrives?
We want every piece to feel right on your body.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Will I receive updates while I wait?
Yes. We’ll keep you informed when your order is ready to be packed and again once it’s on its way.
Are pre-order pieces exactly the same as the photos?
Our garments are made from natural fibres, including linen and cotton. This means there may be subtle variations in wash, texture, or finish. These differences are part of the material’s character and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
Will my order ship separately if I purchase in-stock and pre-order styles together?
If your order includes two pieces and contains both in-stock and pre-order styles, everything will ship together once all pieces are ready. If you’d prefer split shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll arrange this for you.

I already reviewed the Coral, which I love the corals, lemons and seaglass, I show up every time. I loved the coral Peony so much I bought the charcoal, and it's heavenly. As a short lady, it's perfect for me too, as it fits just perfect length. I was grump today, now I'm smiling. The leather belts are great if you are like me and large in the bust, to make things a little more skimmed around the waist and hips. Hugelybrecommend those too.

Very happy with the quality of the linen. A little heavier material than my other linens, but will not disappoint. Wish it was a little more slimmer in the bodice but fit good around the chest area.
