Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Full-priced items - We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase from Nomad the label. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another item, receive a refund or store credit that never expires. 

Please note that refund and exchange requests are accepted for full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained and/or damaged during the try-on process. All tags and packaging must remain in place. All items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within our returns timeframe.

Once returned to our experienced returns department, garments will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to the original payment method. 

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on your refund or exchange status once it is processed.


SALE ITEMS - PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED CANNOT BE RETURNED TO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

What if the item is Faulty?

We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault with detailed information to customercare@nomadthelabel.com.au for consideration. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, including a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on available inventory. We have a 30-day faulty claim period for all our garments ~ Please note that this excludes general wear and tear.

We only refund shipping charges if your items are deemed faulty. Exchanges will be resent at the customer's cost. Nomad the Label is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
