SHOP WITH EASE AND CONFIDENCE: RETURNS WINDOW EXTENDED TO 60 DAYS FOR THE HOLIDAYS
The holiday season is here, and we want to make your holiday shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Starting December 01, 2024, all eligible items purchased between December 01 and December 31, 2024, will enjoy an extended 60-day return and exchange window. Whether you're shopping for yourself or searching for the perfect gift, you can do so with the confidence that returns are hassle-free.
Here’s how it works:

Items purchased between December 01, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

Items must meet our standard eligibility requirements, including being in brand-new condition, with tags attached (please read below).
Full-priced items - We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase from Nomad the Label. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to exchange for another item, receive store credit with no expiry date or receive a refund.
Please note that exchange and refund requests are accepted (upon approval) for full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained and/or damaged during the try-on process. All tags and packaging must remain in place. All items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within our returns timeframe.
Once items are received by our returns department, garments will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to the original payment method.
We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are approved, however, please allow up to 5 working days. You will receive an email notification on your exchange or refund status once it is processed.
Returns Process
We process all returns through the online portal found at the bottom of our website under HELP AND SUPPORT.
Simply provide your order number and email address. You'll then be brought to your order where you can select the item(s) you would like to return.
You'll be asked to choose between exchange, refund or receive a store credit.
SALE ITEMS - PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED CANNOT BE RETURNED TO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
What if the item is Faulty?
We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the garment with detailed information to customercare@nomadthelabel.com.au for consideration. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, including a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on available inventory. We have a 30-day faulty claim period for all our garments ~ Please note that this excludes general wear and tear.
We will only refund shipping charges if your items are deemed faulty. Exchanges will be resent at the customer's cost. Nomad the Label is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
