Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during sale, promotional, and peak periods, orders may take longer than usual to process and dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and viewed by you prior to payment. All orders are provided with a tracking number.

Notes for International Orders:

  • Once an international order has been submitted, we’re unable to make changes, swap items, or edit details. If you’ve selected the wrong item or size, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again. Please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@nomadthelabel.com.au to arrange this before your order is shipped.
