We process all orders between 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays and during sale periods.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post (domestic), Team Global Express TGE (domestic), DHL Express (international). You will receive an email with order tracking number.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for full-priced items. You can exchange for another item, receive a store credit with no expiry date or a refund. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
