Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays and during sale periods. You will receive an email with order tracking number.
For Australia: FREE Standard Shipping via Australia Post on all orders over $200.
For international: All orders are shipped via SEKO or DHL.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit (no expiry), or refund. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Returns for exchange or store credit are FREE. Refunds on full-priced items are subject to a $10 handling fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Our most loved pieces are often made in limited runs. When something special sells out, pre-order lets us remake it thoughtfully without overproducing. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your piece ahead of production.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there are any changes to timing, we’ll let you know.

Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, just like standard orders. This confirms your order and reserves your place in the upcoming production run.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Yes. If you need to update your shipping details, adjust your order, or change your mind, our Customer Care Team is here to help.

What if my item doesn’t fit when it arrives?
We want every piece to feel right on your body.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Will I receive updates while I wait?
Yes. We’ll keep you informed when your order is ready to be packed and again once it’s on its way.
Are pre-order pieces exactly the same as the photos?
Our garments are made from natural fibres, including linen and cotton. This means there may be subtle variations in wash, texture, or finish. These differences are part of the material’s character and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
Will my order ship separately if I purchase in-stock and pre-order styles together?
If your order includes two pieces and contains both in-stock and pre-order styles, everything will ship together once all pieces are ready. If you’d prefer split shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll arrange this for you.

I’m a 12 and opted for a M/L but I may have got away with downsizing. Very roomy but still sits nicely. A nice soft, thicker material, not necessarily for hot Summer days but that being said, it’s very airy and flowy.
Perhaps give a good shake or lint roll inside before wearing over dark colours. I tried it straight on over dark cotton overalls and it looks lovely but left lots of fluff.

I like the shrug but not the lint. The shrug will meet my needs but I was disappointed that before I could wear it I had to vigorously shake it out outdoors, run it thru a cool dry cycle, and use 10 lint roller sheets to remove the production lint. At this price point I believe the lint should be removed before shipping.

I was a little bit hesitant to order something from so far away. But I absolutely love my Shrug!! It is so versatile, the perfect weight, color is gorgeous!! And so well made. The shipping and packaging was perfect. I had my shrug within a week from when I placed the order. I am in Alberta, Canada. I definitely will be purchasing from Nomad again. I can’t wait to try their linen pants and tops.

I was so excited to receive this shrug for my upcoming vacation. I received it the day before leaving and threw it into my bag. I was so frustrated to find that it was shedding all over ny clothes and anything I wore it with. I ended up having to shake it out outside because there was so much fuzz everywhere. I have the Nomad linen pants that I love so much, so I was surprised. I’d say that this piece needs to be tumbled dried on a cool setting a couple of times before wearing, or Nomad needs to do this before hitting the market. Otherwise, a nice piece.
