The Santorini Travel Guide

Under the Mediterranean Sun: Chapter 1 began in Milos. Stone paths, quiet coves, and linen pieces made for slow, sunlit days.
Now we’re in Santorini. The light is sharper, the shapes bolder, and our founder Louisa is here, wearing pieces inspired by this island.
She moved through blue-domed villages, steep staircases, and sunset terraces in clothes designed to keep up with her. Soft to wear, easy to pack, and made for heat. This collection lives beautifully in motion.
Here is how Santorini shaped our Chapter 2. And how to make it your own.
Oia Village
Perched on the island’s northern tip, Oia is perhaps Greece’s most photographed village. This clifftop haven of blue-domed churches and narrow marble streets harmonises with its dramatic surroundings.

The village awakens slowly, with locals tending gardens filled with vibrant bougainvillea and jasmine. Each turn through the maze-like streets reveals another breathtaking vista—hidden courtyards adorned with ceramic pottery, windmills silhouetted against endless blue sky. Louisa explored these cobblestone paths in the Iris Top with Chania Skirt and the Pollonia Stripe with Sadhu pants in Aegean Blue, each looking suited to the village’s timeless elegance.
While Oia’s famous sunset draws crowds from around the world, the spectacle is truly incomparable. Find your spot early along the castle ruins and prepare to witness one of nature’s most spectacular daily performances.
Ammoudi Bay
Nestled 300 steps below Oia village, this tiny fishing harbour embodies the unhurried rhythm of island life. Local fishermen mend nets in the morning sun while cats doze on sun-warmed stones, scenes that feel centuries old.
Here, Louisa wore the Angelina Dress in Aegean Blue, the flowing fabric catching the sea breeze as she moved along the waterfront. Time your visit for sunset, when the bay transforms into a natural amphitheatre. The warm light reflecting off crystal-clear waters creates an ethereal glow that’s utterly mesmerising. Don’t miss diving from the small pier into the refreshingly calm Aegean waters, a tradition that instantly connects you to this timeless place.
Fira Town
Fira is Santorini’s lively capital, set high on the caldera with sweeping views. It’s more energetic than Oia, but still holds that classic Cycladic charm.
Wander through narrow lanes filled with local boutiques, quiet churches, and small cafés serving strong Greek coffee. The main street hums with movement, but some of the best moments are found off-route in quiet corners, hidden frescoes, and sunlit squares made for watching the world go by.
To eat & drink
Santorini’s culinary scene celebrates fresh, local ingredients kissed by Mediterranean sunshine and influenced by the island’s volcanic terroir. The dining experience is as much about the setting as the food; imagine savouring grilled octopus while watching the sun sink into the Aegean.
Local specialties to savour:
Fava: The island’s famous yellow split pea purée, silky smooth and topped with capers and olive oil
Fresh seafood: From the catch of the day, grilled simply with lemon and herbs
Tomato keftedes: Delicate fritters that showcase the island’s renowned cherry tomatoes
Local Assyrtiko wines: Crisp whites from volcanic soil that pair beautifully with seafood
For an authentic experience, seek out family-run tavernas in smaller villages where recipes have been passed down through generations. In Ammoudi Bay, waterfront restaurants practically serve the day’s catch with your toes in the sand, while Oia’s cliffside establishments offer fine dining with million-dollar views.
What to wear
Santorini is warm, dry, and full of stairs, so comfort is essential. Think:
Loose shapes that allow airflow
Breathable natural fabrics (linen, cotton)
Light layers for easy day-to-evening transitions
Shoes made for walking, soft-soled, with no stiffness
A wide-brimmed hat for sun protection while adding effortless chic
Minimal, considered jewellery that won’t compete with the dramatic natural beauty
